These Terms & Conditions apply to use of dtflagos.com and to ticket purchases, table bookings, waitlist sign-ups, and merch orders made through DTF Lagos (“DTF”). Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or QR. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or that breach venue rules.
Entry & ID
You must present valid photo ID and your confirmation at the door. Entry may be refused if the booking name does not match, if you are under the stated age limit, or if you breach the venue’s code of conduct. Dress codes and bag policies are set by the venue and may be enforced without refund.
Refunds & transfers
Tickets and table packages are generally non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by DTF, we will offer a refund of the face value paid or a credit toward another date, as communicated at the time. Transfers, if allowed for a given show, must be requested in writing before doors via bookings@dtflagos.com.
Changes & force majeure
Lineups, venues, door times, and formats may change. We will update the event page and notify ticket holders where practical. DTF is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, illness, travel disruption, government action, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Tables & packages
Table packages include the seating and inclusions listed at purchase. Bottle selections and upgrades are subject to venue stock. No-shows are not refunded. Additional guests beyond the package capacity require host approval and may incur extra charges.
Merch
Merch orders are fulfilled subject to stock. Shipping times are estimates. Returns for defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Sale items and worn goods are generally final sale unless defective.
Conduct
Harassment, violence, illegal substances, and disruptive behaviour are not tolerated. DTF and venue staff may remove guests without refund. Banned guests forfeit remaining access for that night.
